Prices include weekly change of linen, satellite TV, use of facilities, parking space per apartment, the consumption of gas, water, electricity, VAT the final cleaning.
At the start, customers are forced to leave the apartment in order, otherwise additional cleaning will be charged.

Options included: washing machine, Jacuzzi pool, extra linen change, air conditioning and heating consumption € 0.25 Kw/h (air conditioning) € 0.26 Kw/h (heating), cleaning for stays of less than four nights .

* add € 15.00 per week for use of the kitchen cabinet.

General conditions

Deposit:

€ 150.00 on arrival (refundable upon departure less any charges for damages)
Stays from Saturday to Saturday starting at 10:00 and delivery of apartments before 13:00
Payments:
The customer must pay the deposit.
The balance will be made at the keys.
The week booked must be paid in full regardless of the length of stay.
The apartment may be terminated by:
1) 40 days before arrival with a 100% refund of the deposit
2) 30 days before arrival with a refund of 80% of the deposit
3) 15 days prior to arrival 50% refund of the deposit
4) 8 days before arrival, total loss of deposit
